Running Affair's Personalized Day Planner and Calendar


Your Running Affair calendar displays scheduled and completed fitness activities, scheduled races, training program activities, community events, along with any personal calendar events that you create, such as scheduling an appointment. There are three calendar views: day, week, and month. The Calendar Day view is essentially your Running Affair dashboard and provides access to all the Running Affair features. It also gives you a snapshot summary of your fitness, nutrition, and weight management information.

Day Planner Calendar Features:
  • Easy access to all main Running Affair features.
  • View scheduled activities that you've created with the training program feature.
  • Log a fitness activity, such as a run or exercises.
  • Log a meal
  • Log your weight.
  • Enter your body characteristics for your current and ideal body.
  • Access the racing feature to track your race schedule.
  • Check-in (log) that you completed your scheduled training program activity.
  • View a summary of fitness activities completed, including calories expended.
  • View a summary of your weight management information.
  • See weight management, nutrition, and activities reports and graphs.
  • View your food log for the day, including calories consumed.
  • See the calorie summary with net calories consumed for the day.
  • View your weigh tracker entries and your weight management progress graph.
  • See your cumulative shoe mileage if you've entered your shoe information.
  • Create a calendar event for a given day, such as an appointment.
